Please don't start threads with ALL CAPITAL LETTERS in the title, unless it's an acronym that is normally capitalized.
Use of ALLCAPS indicates shouting or an attempt to make the topic MORE VISIBLE than others.
I will remove threads started in this manner without warning or notice, since I can't be bothered to go in an edit the titles to make them more in keeping with properly formed thread titles.
Don't clutter the board with all caps.
