Anyone stay here? its in Soi Bukaow and I get conflicting reports as to wether or not they have a swimming pool. It also appears they have been recently refurbished? Also where exactly are they located? I cannot find a web site either. Any information appreciated.

I stayed in regular room, 750 bt a night for ten nights. Could have rented same room for a month for 10,000 baht plus water and 7 bt per unit of electricity. Pool is not for excercising in, clean but is to lounge around in not for laps. Nice flat screen TV, maybe 42 inches with plenty of stations. Nice fridge, wasn't really impressed with the wardrobe arrangements. Baht bus easy to catch usually, easy quick walk from front door thru Pattaya New Plaza to soi 7/8 or the new mall. Family mart right across street. No in room safe but a lock box behind reception sort of; I had no problem using the lock box. Nice enough staff. I was on second floor which wasn't bad, up one flight. Wouldn't want to walk up any more steps because I'm old and out of shape. I plan to stay there the month of October. Nice laundry if you walk out front door, down the street next to Family Mart maybe 100 feet.

They did have a much nicer larger apartment but I think it was 18,000 baht. Just not that much better for the money, 18,000 gets close to renting a condo.

Stayed there many times in the past and liked it, paid 6000/month. Basic standard, the pool is small and beside the road so its noisy but good enough to cool off. Nice outdoor bar/dining area and decent food. Staff always friendly and accomodating. Safe box is in the lobby and no access after 10pm or so if I remember correctly though some staff will let you in if you are nice and sign the book with a fake time of access.
Location is excellent for all needs.
