It is taking six or seven days before an email notifies me of private messages. Fortunately it is not a problem for me. I am just wondering if others have this issue or if there is a fix.
My messages and alerts from other boards in Thailand and the Philippines arrive promptly.

yep, there must be some glitch in the system, I tried to sign-up for the forum three times but never got the validation e-mail even after repeated requests. I finally e-mailed the BOSS for help, that's how I got in!

I freed up some space for the mail queues to get the system back up and running (the forum was down about 4 hours tonight), and I'm hoping the problem goes away.
Please let me know if your emails continue to be delayed.

I did a quick test and got the email within seconds, so I think it might be ok.

Guess there is a delay for me as well. I got a message from someone yesterday, but haven't seen anything in my e-mail about it yet.
Same with me, I got a message yesterday and didn't get an email notification either. I don't know about right now.

I used the 'archive conversation'....which then tells me it has sent an email to my correct address.Yesterday and the day before, emails may have been lost.
Let's count from today forward then.
Nothing arrived.

The board now uses a new mechanism to send mail to your email address.
Are you getting mail lately?
I turned on a bunch of notifications, and was getting lots of mail...unlike before the switchover two days ago.

Whether you get email for a PM depends on your notification settings, so that's not conclusive for testing email.I wish I had some for you but it could be a week before I find out.
Why not send a few of a PM and tell us on this thread when it was sent. We can then respond to you.
I did turn on notifications for lots of events, and I was getting the emails as expected.
