Can someone recommend a good reputable Muay Thai Gym in Pattaya for my nephew to train?

If no one comes in with a suggestion, the boss man at Jomtein Sauna, Andrea Sinyorini, is right into Muay Thai. It would be worth a visit to chat with him. (He may be a little biased about the gym he trains in.)

Fairtex has yielded a lot of quality fighters and from what I know are very good in their regime, they cater for everything from basic training right through to diet programs.

The famous Muay Thai champ Yodsanklai was trained there, and I think continues to instruct and train.
